Sage Dispensary Weekly Sweepstakes - Official Rules

1. SPONSOR

The Sage Dispensary Weekly Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Sage Dispensary, located at 1170 Route 73, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054 (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is strictly open only to legal residents of the State of New Jersey who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win:

• Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Sage Dispensary.
• Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and “step” child) of such employees.
• Any individuals living in the same household as such employees.

Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is explicitly governed by the guidelines set forth by the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission (NJCRC).

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD & WEEKLY DEADLINES

The Sweepstakes operates on a recurring weekly basis. Each weekly entry period (“Entry Period”) begins on Friday at the time of store opening and concludes on the following Thursday at store closing. Winners are drawn and announced every Friday. The Sponsor’s computer or designated timekeeping device is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

5. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes. Both methods are subject to the exact same daily entry limit.

• Method 1: Entry with Purchase (In-Store) – Eligible individuals who make a purchase of any amount at Sage Dispensary (1170 Route 73, Mt. Laurel, NJ) will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for that weekly drawing.
• Method 2: Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) – Free In-Store Entry – To enter without making a purchase, visit Sage Dispensary and request a free Sweepstakes entry slip from a staff member at the register. You will be required to present a valid 21+ ID. Fill out the slip with your name, phone number, and email address, and place it in the designated entry box.

6. ENTRY LIMITS

Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified.

7. PRIZES AND RETAIL VALUE

A new prize is announced at the beginning of each weekly Entry Period. Prizes may vary in value and nature.

Current Week’s Prize (Drawing on September 4, 2026): Two (2) tickets to the Philadelphia Phillies vs. Atlanta Braves baseball game scheduled for Sunday, September 6, 2026, at Citizens Bank Park.

Prize Restrictions: Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Under no circumstances will cannabis products or cannabis paraphernalia be awarded as a Sweepstakes prize. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and/or use.

8. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential Sweepstakes winner from all eligible entries received during the applicable weekly Entry Period. The drawing will take place every Friday. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone call using the contact information provided at the time of entry.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the first attempt to contact them, or fails to claim the prize within the specified timeframe, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.
